1. Commitment to Data Sovereignty

Shopping Sutra LLC ("the Company") is committed to maintaining the highest standards of data security for the AMZDataIQ proprietary platform. We operate under a "Privacy by Design" framework, ensuring that Amazon data is handled with institutional-grade rigor.

2. Data Minimization & PII Compliance

In strict accordance with the Amazon Data Protection Policy (DPP), AMZDataIQ does not collect, request, or maintain Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Our API queries are limited to metadata and performance metrics (Inventory, Orders, Advertising Spend, and Attribution). We explicitly filter out customer names, phone numbers, and shipping addresses at the point of ingress.

3. Isolated Infrastructure

We utilize Google BigQuery as our primary data warehouse. Each brand managed through our pipeline is provisioned with a Brand-Isolated Dataset. This prevents any cross-contamination or unauthorized access between separate Selling Partner accounts. All data is stored and processed within the United States.

4. Retention and Right to Deletion

Data is retained only as long as necessary to facilitate AI-driven bid optimizations. Users have the right to request full data deletion at any time. Shopping Sutra LLC guarantees the permanent erasure of all dataset records within 30 days of a formal deletion request.

5. Third-Party Sharing

Shopping Sutra LLC does not sell, trade, or rent Amazon data to any third party. Data access is restricted to authorized internal system managers using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).


Terms of Service

AMZDataIQ is an internal tool provided "as is" for the management of authorized Amazon Selling Partner accounts. By utilizing this pipeline, you agree to comply with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). The company is lead by Mayur Sethi (CEO) and Tania Sharma (Manager).
