Individual Contributor Phase:
- CTR/CVR Improvement – Increase click-through rates by 15%+ and conversion rates by 10%+ for assigned brands.
- Project SLAs – Deliver 100% of client projects on time (e.g., A+ Content in 5 days, storefronts in 10 days).
- Client Satisfaction – Maintain 95%+ client approval rating for design quality and alignment with brand goals.
- Click up Compliance – Zero overdue tasks, with 100% daily updates on project statuses.
- Creative Efficiency – Reduce revision requests by 20%+ through proactive client alignment.
Leadership Phase (Upon Promotion):

Job Responsibilities:
Design & Execution:
- Own end-to-end creative projects: A+ Content, Amazon storefronts, infographics, and listing imagery that align with brand strategies.
- Translate client briefs into visually compelling stories using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Optimize designs using Amazon performance data (CTR, CVR) and A/B testing insights.
- Maintain Asana boards, ensuring tasks are prioritized, updated, and completed ahead of deadlines.
Client & Team Collaboration:
- Lead creative kickoff calls to clarify client needs, present concepts, and incorporate feedback.
- Partner with Brand Managers and PPC teams to ensure creative assets align with SEO, ads, and sales goals.
- Proactively identify design trends and Amazon platform updates to keep clients ahead of competitors.
Leadership Growth (Future):
- Mentor junior designers, conduct skill gap analyses, and develop training programs.
- Overside workload distribution, ensuring balanced task assignments across the team.
- Refine SOPs for design workflows, quality checks, and client communication.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director on hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews.
Key Skills:
- Amazon-Centric Design Mastery – Expertise in creating high-converting A+ Content, storefronts, and infographics tailored to Amazon’s ecosystem.
- Data-Driven Creativity – Ability to interpret CTR/CVR metrics and translate them into design optimizations.

Experience Requirements (Last 2-3 Years of Proven Execution):
- 3+ Years in Amazon/E-Commerce Design – Portfolio showing A+ Content, storefronts, and measurable results (CTR/CVR lifts).
- Adobe Creative Suite – Proven expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing tools.
- Project Management – Experience using Asana/Trello to manage deadlines in a fast-paced agency setting.
- Leadership Exposure – 1+ years mentoring junior designers or leading small projects (preferred).
